2 Nature of Service

landscapers.city is an advertising directory platform dedicated exclusively to the landscaping and lawn care industry in the United States. We provide a space for landscaping businesses to list their services and for homeowners to discover local professionals.

We are not a landscaping contractor, a lead generation broker, or a booking platform. We do not arrange, guarantee, or supervise any work performed by listed businesses. All services are contracted directly between homeowners and landscaping businesses.

3 User Responsibilities

All users of this platform — including homeowners and landscaping businesses — agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when submitting a listing or using the platform.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with United States federal and state law.
• Refrain from posting fraudulent, offensive, misleading, or spam content of any kind.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform's data or infrastructure.
• Not impersonate another business or person, or submit listings for businesses you do not represent.

4 Business Listings

Landscaping businesses that submit listings are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the information they provide. By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

• The business information is accurate and up to date.
• You have the authority to represent and list the business.
• The business operates legally and holds any required licenses or insurance in your state.

We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion — including listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or receive verified complaints — without prior notice.

5 Payments & Refunds

Premium listing fees are charged annually and processed through our secure payment provider. All fees are in USD. By submitting a premium payment, you agree to the following:

• Payments are non-refundable once a listing has been reviewed and published.
• If a listing is rejected before publication, a full refund will be issued.
• Annual listings do not auto-renew — you will receive a reminder before expiration.

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction via our contact page.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, landscapers.city shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of, or inability to use, this platform.
• Services performed (or not performed) by any landscaping business listed on the directory.
• Any inaccuracies in business listings submitted by third parties.
• Any disputes between homeowners and landscaping service providers.

We are an advertising platform, not a contractor or guarantor. All service agreements are made directly between the homeowner and the landscaping business.

7 Intellectual Property

All original content on this site — including text, design, layout, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of landscapers.city and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Business listing content (name, description, photos) submitted by businesses remains the property of those businesses. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

8 Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
