Do you charge per lead or per contact?+
Never. We charge a flat annual fee for premium listings only. There are no per-lead fees, no commissions, and no hidden charges. Customers contact you directly — you keep 100% of every job you win.

What does a Premium listing include?+
Premium listings appear at the top of your city page above all standard listings, display a featured photo of your work, and carry a visible ⭐ Premium badge. They also get priority in our internal search ranking. See our Pricing page for full details.
Can I upgrade from free to premium later?+
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time. Contact us or visit our Pricing page to get started. Your existing listing details will be carried over — no need to re-submit.
What happens when my listing expires?+
You'll receive an email reminder before expiration. Simply renew to keep your business visible. If you don't renew, your listing will be deactivated but not deleted — you can reactivate it at any time.
